What we make
Every programme is drawn to work across the whole range, so a partner's football, basketball and soccer ball read as one family on the shelf.
Pebbled and moulded panel balls, youth through official size.
See the footballs
Full-wrap graphics across composite and rubber basketballs.
See the basketballs
Panel-mapped artwork built around hex-and-pentagon layouts.
See the soccer balls
Moulded youth bats with wrapped grips and barrel decals.
See the batsSelected work
Flat artwork as it goes to the licensor for approval — every panel, seam and mark placed before a single ball is tooled.
Chain-link cage graphics wrap the full ball, with the octagon badge set below the primary lockup and silver channel lines tracing the seams.
Basketball
Truck-grille mesh, chrome badging and Ford blue rails — the F-150 tailgate treatment mapped onto a pebbled panel.
Football
Carbon-weave centre panel, tri-bar racing stripes at both ends and the running pony medallion set at midfield.
Football
Buffalo check, diamond plate and a full truck photo panel, with the classic Mack Trucks lockup carried across the top third.
Basketball
Case IH red with a bolted steel nameplate at the centre and silver-capped channel seams running the circumference.
Basketball
Service colours handled to standard — navy and gold, the eagle-and-anchor crest on a white crown panel, gold laces and twin gold rails.
FootballRetail-ready
Cartons are designed alongside the ball — window, spine and base all working so the product identifies itself on a peg, on a shelf, or face-on.
Blacked-out carton with a die-cut window that frames the ball head-on. The UFC lockup runs down the spine so the pack still identifies itself on a side-facing peg.
Ford blue wrap with the year and nameplate at the crown, the Official Licensed Product seal on the front face and an Official Size call-out on the base.
The same carton architecture carried onto Mustang, with the script Ford watermark and the pony medallion left visible through the window.
How a program runs
We start from the licensor's brand standards — mark usage, colour breakdowns, clear space — and the retail slot the product has to fill.
Artwork is drawn flat, panel by panel, and proofed as a dated option sheet with a CMYK breakdown so the licensor approves exactly what prints.
Approved artwork is mapped to the mould, printed and pulled as a sample, then checked for wrap alignment and colour against the proof.
Runs are built to the approved sample, with in-line checks on print registration, seam alignment and inflation.
Cartons, windows and hang furniture are designed alongside the ball so the pack works on a peg, on a shelf and in a photo.
Tell us the licence, the categories and the retail slot you're filling. We'll come back with design directions and a build plan.
